Starting a claim repair with us
The short answer
Get a claim number from your carrier first, then send us the claim number, adjuster contact, photos from the scene and a description of what happened. We take it from there.

01What to gather
What to gather
Your claim number and adjuster name and phone. The policy declarations page if you have it, because coverage limits and deductible drive a lot of the conversation.
Photos from the scene if any exist, including wide shots showing context. Receipts and build photos for any aftermarket work on the unit.
02What we need to know
What we need to know
What happened and when. Whether the unit is drivable. Whether it has been moved since the incident. Whether anyone else has already inspected or estimated it.
Whether the unit has prior damage in the same area, because that will come up and it is better handled up front than discovered later.
03What happens next
What happens next
We schedule an inspection at the shop, photograph and document the damage, and write the estimate. Calling (949) 799-3387 is the fastest way to start.
If the unit is not drivable we can point you toward transport operators who move RVs and trailers locally.
04About estimate fees
About estimate fees
An RV systems estimate covering slides, awnings, water, electrical or generator work is $150. An in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Both are credited against an authorized repair.
Claim related damage documentation is handled as part of the claim process.
