01Stage one: assessment and documentation
Stage one: assessment and documentation
We inspect the unit and photograph everything before anything is touched. On a claim, that documentation becomes the estimate we submit.
We tell you at this point what we can see and what we cannot see yet. On RVs the gap between those two is usually significant.
02Stage two: carrier coordination

We submit the estimate and handle the adjuster conversation directly so you are not relaying technical detail you should not have to explain.
If the scope comes back short we push back with documentation rather than absorbing the difference or passing it to you.
03Stage three: teardown and repair

Structural first, then body, then paint, then reassembly. Doing it in that order is not preference, it is the only sequence that produces a finish that holds.
Each stage is photographed. If teardown reveals more, we stop and file a supplement rather than continuing and arguing about it later.
04Stage four: quality verification
Stage four: quality verification
Multi point check on panel fit, finish, seal integrity and every system we touched. Water testing where a seal was disturbed.
This is where a job either passes or goes back into a bay. It does not leave on a maybe.
05Stage five: delivery
Stage five: delivery
The unit comes back cleaned, with the complete repair file including intake photos, teardown photos, stage photos and the final invoice.
That file is worth keeping. It matters at resale and it matters if there is ever a question about prior damage.
