Body and paint technicians who have worked on large panels and are comfortable with laminated construction and fiberglass rather than only sheet metal.
RV systems technicians with real experience on slides, house electrical, LP and plumbing. Estimators who can write a supplement that survives an adjuster review.

What the work is
Large units, long jobs, and a high proportion of insurance work. Less volume churn than a production collision shop and more problem solving per job.
The facility is 35,000 square feet with a coach sized booth and a frame rack, so you are not fighting the building to do the work.
