Carriers we bill04Our process
No surprises. You know where the unit is and what stage it is in.
Step 01
We look at the unit, document damage with photos, and review your claim paperwork.
Step 02
We submit the estimate, handle adjuster back and forth, and file supplements when teardown finds more.
Step 03
Structural first, then body, then paint. Every stage is photographed for the file.
Step 04
Multi point check on fit, finish, seals, and any system we touched.
Step 05
Cleaned, documented, and handed back with the complete repair file.

Our shop sits in Yorba Linda, about 12 miles from Chino Hills. Customers come to us from English Springs Park, Butterfield Ranch, and the neighborhoods off Chino Hills Parkway and Peyton Drive.
Carbon Canyon Road (SR-142) is the direct route and runs about 12 miles. When the canyon is slow, the 71 to the 91 is the reliable alternate. Plan on 20 to 25 minutes either way.

06Common questions
Most claim repairs run two to eight weeks. The variable is rarely our bench time, it is parts and supplement approval. A cap or sidewall panel can take weeks to arrive, and a supplement filed after teardown needs adjuster sign off before we can continue. We give Chino Hills owners a stage by stage timeline once teardown is complete and the real scope is known.
Yes. We work direct with Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA, Mercury, Allstate, Liberty Mutual, Wawanesa, National General and others. You are responsible for your deductible and anything the policy excludes. Naming a carrier here is a statement about billing, not affiliation, endorsement or a preferred shop arrangement.
About 12 miles. Carbon Canyon Road (SR-142) is the direct route and takes roughly 20 minutes from most of Chino Hills. If the canyon is backed up, the 71 to the 91 runs about 25 minutes. Our facility is in Yorba Linda and all work is performed there.
An RV systems estimate is $150 and an in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Both are credited against an authorized repair, so if you proceed the fee comes off the invoice. Charging for diagnostic time is how we keep bench capacity for customers who are actually repairing a unit.
Yes, and documenting aftermarket work correctly is a large part of what we do. Solar arrays, lithium banks, insulation, cabinetry and roof penetrations all affect the repair scope and are routinely undervalued on a first estimate. Bring receipts and build photos if you have them, it materially strengthens the claim file.
All years, all makes, all classes. Class A gas and diesel pushers, Class B and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, pop up and truck campers, Sprinter and ProMaster vans, camper van conversions, box trucks, semis, flatbeds, school and transit buses, municipal fleet units, Rivians and mobile business vehicles.
No. All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. Structural and paint work needs a frame rack, a paint booth and controlled conditions, none of which travel. Chino Hills customers drive in or arrange transport, and we can point you to transport options if the unit is not drivable.
We document the gap. Photos, measurements, teardown findings and parts pricing go into a supplement with a written justification for each line. Most disputes resolve once the adjuster sees what the first estimate missed, particularly concealed structural and water damage that only appears after disassembly.
